The auction was held at the Tap Room and Bacardi was a sponsor for the drinks. I haven't had a rum and coke in a million years, not bad.
My beautiful and brave friends Sara and Amber put themselves up on the auction block to raise money for Ignite a Dream. I was super impressed with their excitement for this charity and willingness to put themselves out there for a good cause; I was so pleased to be able to attend the event and lend some moral support. They did a great job and raised over $500 between the two of them for the event plus, the $10 each of their friends paid for getting in that added up to another $70 or so; good job ladies! The auction was held at the Tap Room and Bacardi was a sponsor for the drinks. I haven't had a rum and coke in a million years, not bad. It was a fun time and a great opportunity to see some of our friends we hadn't seen in a while. There is also something about drinking at a charity event that makes me think less about the calories I'm consuming... it's for a good cause, right? Georges Schemagin took more photos of the event at: Green Tee Photo. In case you are sad you missed these bachelors and bachelorettes there's another auction coming up on November 12th at the Ranch. Charity Bash is putting on the event to benefit SafePlace.

I just emailed back and forth with the photographer from Green Tee Photo and apparently Roger Huerta was at this event!!! OMG, how did I miss him. Alas, a missed opportunity, for what I'm not exactly sure.
