You must check out the chewing gum art on Millennium Bridge! See story here on how it got started. He paints on the gum that is stuck to the bridge! (don't think this is the original guy, several people paint on it now)

    Street Art

I've always enjoyed graffiti. The ever changing feel it gives to an area can add a beautiful quality to otherwise drab buildings and bridges. It can also give you a quick feel for what kinds of feelings and emotions are going on with youth in a city.

While I recognize that this type of art isn't always desirable in the world (and is sometimes put on inappropriate places like historical sights or meant to do damage for nothing but some terrible squiggles on a new building) I can't help but view these temporary pieces of art and try to absorb all I can. I like to take pictures so I can look back and see something I missed the first time I took a peek. These are some of my favorite pieces.
